At age 17, Antonio Lambert was carrying the scars of nine bullets and was sentenced to 22 years in prison.  A life of severe depression and substance abuse had taken their toll.

Now, Antonio is back on the streets to help others with psychiatric and substance use conditions. He has emerged as a respected community leader. His most popular presentation: From Streets to Prison to Streets: Recovery Comes Full Circle, is an inspiring story about his challenges and, most important, how and why he changed his life.

To learn more about Antonio’s amazing story of recovery and the lives he is helping to restore, read the New York Times article: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/20/health/20lives.html
