2016 Conference Refund Policies and FAQs

Group Registration 

A group discount rate is available for 10 or more registrations from a single organization. If you plan to send 10 or more attendees, contact us at conference@inaops.org for details.

Refund Policy

Cancellation/refund requests received by July 31, 2016 will be honored, but will incur a $50 processing fee. Requests received between August 1 and 22 will incur a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds given after August 22. Refund payments may take up to six weeks for processing from the date of the refund request.

Transfer/Substitution of Registration

Should you be unable to attend the conference your registration may be transferred in its entirety to another individual. A registration may NOT be shared by multiple individuals. Written notification of a change or substitution must be received by 5:00pm ET on August 15, 2016 and will not incur any additional fee. No substitutions will be honored onsite.

Dress for Success and for Comfort
It is important to be comfortable, so it is best to wear layered clothing for the conference as special events as hotel room temperatures tend to fluctuate.

Supporting Enhanced Needs
iNAPS will make reasonable efforts to ensure attendees with dietary, mobility, sensory, service dogs, and other enhanced support requests are comfortable and able to enjoy the conference. To better serve your needs, please submit your requests for special considerations in writing to conference@inaops.org no later than 5:00 pm ET on August 15, 2016.

  • Valet parking at the Sheraton is $44.10 per night with hotel amenities.
  • Philadelphia Parking Authority (off-site, 1 block away) is $20.00 per night.
